Although this is a condominium complex, it feels extremely private and has features that sometimes you cannot even find in a single family residence with only 8 units in the entire complex. From the moment you walk in the foyer, you are greeted with an extremely high cathedral ceiling that gives you the illusion of… being larger than its actual size, and a charming fireplace in the living room. The Master bedroom also has ceilings with interesting angles, and a very good size walk-in closet. The other striking feature of this condominium home; there is a window facing every direction you may look; all opening to the front, or to the courtyard, etc.. The kitchen is ample size for the chef in you when entertaining; huge pantry with lots of cabinet space. The spare bedroom has 2 good-size closets. The bathrooms are ready for your own personal decor and touches if you choose to redo them. Of course, we have saved the best for last; this unit has its own washer and dryer hook up and space. You will be thrilled to know that the two parking spaces assigned to this unit are side by side. One is a huge space. In addition to the car, it can fit many bicycles, or Ski equipment, etc. and above the parking spaces there are 3 storage areas. The owner is not healthy and needs to sell.
