“If you are looking to buy or sell a house, Gary is your guy. Gary has a great pulse of the housing market trends, especially in the Conejo Valley area which is where we were looking to buy a home. From the start, Gary sent us a link to create an account for a real-estate portal so he could send us MLS listings directly. What an awesome way to get the latest listings. He was also happy to meet me at any open houses I found myself through Zillow/Redfin. He would meet me on the fly whenever I mentioned there was something I wanted to check out. I loved walking through the homes and hearing Gary's opinions and ideas for what the homes potential could truly be.
