Nestled in the trees of Malibu's central Corral Canyon, this lovely, single-story contemporary retreat captures stunning views of the protected Santa Monica Mountains and is surrounded by fabulous hiking trails . A gated driveway leads you into the property with mature landscaping, grassy yard, avocado trees, and… playset area. The pride of ownership resonates throughout as the home has been kept in impeccable condition. A double door entry leads you into the main living quarters which includes a chef's kitchen, large center island with ample bar seating, and a large wood burning fireplace enveloped in natural stacked stone - all situated under the double-pitched soaring ceilings. Another favorite feature is the wall of oversized windows/doors designed to both capture the incredible views, and extend the living space to a step-out deck large enough for dining & bbq. The master bedroom offers more stunning scenes of the canyon along with a walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are on the same level. Adjacent to the grassy backyard is a covered deck, ping pong area and an amazing bonus room with a roll-up door that merges the room with outdoors. It's perfect for a gym, playroom or office and large enough for all three - the perfect addition to this beautiful home. All this just 7 minutes from PCH and beaches! Read More
