9941 Oak Park Avenue

Sharp 4 bedroom single story Ranch-style pool home in an excellent Northridge location! This impressive home sits on a quarter acre usable lot with a large covered patio area, lots of grass, pool and plenty of room to entertain. The floorplan is very functional too with 3 good-sized bedrooms in the main wing and a 4th… bedroom (currently an office, it has a closet) on the other side of the home, nicely private and quiet. Lots of nice improvements too; including A/C, pool pump, all ceilings scraped with recessed lighting, windows and sliders updated & a composition shingle roof. Kitchen is spacious and features neutral granite counters and white cabinets. Tile and hardwood floors are another nice touch and both full baths have been updated with newer vanities and lighting. Just a great home in an ideal location, close to Granada Charter, Balboa Magnet as well as plenty of restaurants & shopping yet the home sits far away from busy streets. Read More
