Our Strategy & Approach
The sellers needed a clean sale on a short timeline, at a number they would not have to defend later. The home was already beautifully decorated, so preparation came down to editing rather than staging — some minor de-cluttering, mostly the toddler’s toys — and it photographed and showed incredibly well. Gary captured daylight, twilight and aerial photography to convey the full scale of the lot, and added a Matterport 3D tour so buyers could revisit the house from anywhere. The launch found the right buyer within days. Understanding the unique qualities Canyon Crest offered, and with a second offer forming behind it, those buyers agreed to full list price to seal the deal.
