The Northwood Parkway courts (Altuna, Larkhaven, Panorama, Trailview, Mabrey) and the Radcliffe Road tract with Canyon Crest, Honeysuckle and Mill Creek Courts are from 1980. Witherspoon Drive and its courts followed around 1981 to 1983, and Rushing Creek Place in 1984. The Witherspoon Drive houses use the same plans as the rest of Copperwood.
