Eton Square is about 40 single-story houses in Thousand Oaks, east of Moorpark Road on Coventry Drive, Sterling Drive and Eton Way, with a few on Buckingham Drive and Sheffield Place. The main Eton Square tract, about 29 houses on Coventry Drive and Sterling Drive, was built in the early 1960s. The houses are single-story four-bedrooms of about 2,100 to 2,770 square feet, larger than most houses of that age nearby. A few houses on Buckingham Drive are from the neighboring 1964 tract, and the five on Sheffield Place were built in 1976.
