224 Country Club Drive, B

Fantastic opportunity for you to put your touches on this cosmetic fixer townhome in Wood Ranch and see Presidential Drive from your patio & view of the association pool. There's a wood/gas burninig firepalce in the Great Room, dining area and a slider to an atrium, kitchen with a place for a Bistro table and… chairs, pantry, built-in micro and access to your two-car garage. The primary bedroom has views the same as the Great Room, ensuite bath with a walk-in closet and secondary mirrored closet, double vanity sinks & shower. The secondary bath has its ensuite bath as well and high ceilings and tub/shower. Great Room concept with a brick fireplace adjacent to a dining area and atrium for your plants, sitting with your morning coffee or just relaxing. Situated at the foothills of the Reagan Presdential Library and the Wood Ranch Shoping Center that houses restaurants, pharmacy, boutique (my favorite), and several other businesses for you to frequent. Wood Ranch Elementary, nearby park with playground, picnic area, sports fields, including tennis, Golf Club, hiking trails & more make this community most desirious. Bring your creativity, paint brush and tools for a rehab and you'll have the ''talk of the town'' townhome. Read More
