Old Town is about 80 houses along East Hillcrest Drive near Oakview Drive in Thousand Oaks, on Almon Drive, Los Feliz Drive, Quinta Vista Drive and Whiteside Place. Almon Drive houses are about 1,100 to 2,400 square feet, and the Whiteside Place houses from around 1971 are about 1,100 to 2,100. A few older houses on Hillcrest Drive date to the late 1940s.
