The largest, about 225 homes on Columbia Road, Triangle Street, Kevin Street, Janss Road and nearby streets, and about 210 on Sidlee Street, Siesta Avenue, Whitworth Street, Erten Street and Avenida de las Flores, went up first. Marlowe Street, Nowak Avenue, Hendrix Avenue and Donnick Avenue followed.

Single-story plans of about 1,530 to 2,200 square feet and two-story plans of about 2,400 to 2,870 square feet are both common. Many homes have been expanded.
