Foxridge is a small tract of about 62 homes built in 1976 and 1977 on Silver Spring Drive, Shadow Spring Place and Knollcrest Place, at the north end of Village Homes on the Ventura County side of Westlake Village. The homes

The streets

Foxridge shares a recorded tract map with the 1976–77 section of Village Homes along Rim Crest Drive and Ranch House Road, but it is sold under its own name. Silver Spring Drive is the main street, with Shadow Spring Place and Knollcrest Place off it. The lots are flat to gently sloped, about 8,000 to 10,000 square feet.

The floor plans

Five plans are on file: the Briarwood and the Tamarack on one level, and the Cambridge, the Somerset and the Wellington on two. They run from about 1,900 to 2,800 square feet, with three or four bedrooms.

Recent listings show dues of $260 a quarter and amenities that match Village Homes: the clubhouse on Evenstar Avenue, the pool and spa, the tennis courts and the greenbelt. Confirm the association and what the dues cover in the disclosure package.

Schools

Foxridge is in the Conejo Valley Unified School District: Westlake Elementary, Colina Middle School and Westlake High School, per listings. Confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.

Getting around

Triunfo Canyon Road leads to Westlake Boulevard and the 101 in a few minutes. Triunfo Community Park and the shops at Westlake Boulevard are close.

What to check in a 1970s home

Check for original supply lines, Zinsco or Federal Pacific panels, single-pane windows and aging furnaces and water heaters. A sewer camera inspection is worth doing.

Recent sales

Foxridge trades rarely. One home sold through the MLS between October 2024 and September 2026: a 2,098-square-foot single-story on Silver Spring Drive for $1,405,000 in August 2025. Six sales since 2020 ran from $985,000 to $1,775,000; the top was a 2,824-square-foot two-story in June 2024.

How it compares

Village Homes, around it, has smaller homes on average with a median of $1,402,500 over the same period. Foxridge’s larger 1970s plans sit at the upper end of that range.
