Kevington was built from 1967 to 1973. The original plans are single-story three- and four-bedrooms, most about 1,900 to 2,500 square feet. The lots are big for the area, so many houses have been added onto; a few have been rebuilt, including a 2021 house on Sapra Street.
The tracts
The area is three county tract maps: about 130 homes on Lamont Avenue, Wilder Street, La Granada Drive, Roselawn Avenue and Cardiff Circle; about 97 on Sapra Street, Grissom Street, Carpenter Street, Harmony Court and Bouquet Circle; and about 20 on Chalet Circle, Woodridge Avenue and Drake Drive.

Kevington is in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. The closest campuses are Meadows Arts and Technology Elementary School (a charter school, about 0.3 mile), Los Cerritos Middle School (about 0.9 mile) and Thousand Oaks High School (about 2.3 miles). Attendance is set by address, so confirm the assignment with the district.
What to check
