Chanteclair is about 180 houses built from 1985 to 1987 in north Thousand Oaks, south of Sunset Hills Boulevard and west of Erbes Road. The streets have French and casino names: Montagne Way, Casino Drive, Cannes Drive, Provence Place, Fayance Place, Baccarat Street, Roulette Circle, Gammon Court, Toulouse Circle and Versaille Court. Most are two-story four- and five-bedrooms of about 3,000 to 3,700 square feet on lots of about 7,000 to 10,000 square feet.
