It was built in three parts: 1965 houses on Dorrit Street, Adrian Street and the Jerome, Ellis, Karen, Albion and Beatty streets north of Lynn Road; 1966 houses on Oracle Court, Gila Court, Chalon Street and the neighboring stretches of Ocatillo Avenue and Kelly Road; and 1975 houses on Mesa Avenue, Asta Avenue and the Chalon and Ocatillo courts.
