Terrace Townhomes

Terrace Townhomes was built as the attached-home section of the same hillside as Parkwood Estates: 20 homes in 1973, mostly on Meadow Oak Drive, and 42 in 1975, mostly on Saddle Mountain Drive. The homes have attached garages and private atriums, and many are on one level.

Four plans are on file: two single-level plans with two or three bedrooms and two two-story plans. The most common size in recent sales is 1,297 square feet—a single-level, three-bedroom, two-bath home.

The association maintains the building exteriors, roofs and common grounds. Dues have ranged from $245 to $355 a month since 2023 and were $306 on the 2026 sales. Ask for the budget, the reserve study and the master insurance policy.

Terrace Townhomes is in the Las Virgenes Unified School District: White Oak Elementary, Lindero Canyon Middle School and Agoura High School. Confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.

Triunfo Canyon Road leads to Lindero Canyon Road and Westlake Boulevard, each a few minutes from the 101. The lake and The Landing are close.

Unrenovated units may have original supply lines, older panels and single-pane windows. The CC&Rs spell out what the association maintains and what the owner does.

4 homes sold between July 2025 and August 2026, from $850,000 to $1,225,000, with a median of $967,875. The 1,297-square-foot single-level three-bedroom sold three times in that stretch, from $922,500 to $1,225,000, depending on condition.

Parkwood Estates, on the same ridge, has large detached homes for $2,000,000 and up. Summer Shores and Lakeshore, near the east end of the lake, are the other attached communities with Las Virgenes schools. Terrace Townhomes is one of the few places on the Los Angeles County side to find a single-level home under about $1,250,000.
