Tiffany Oaks is one recorded tract of 13 large homes on two streets off Lindero Canyon Road. The lots are large for the area, most over half an acre. There is no gate.
Schools
Tiffany Oaks is in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Listings show Westlake Hills Elementary, Colina Middle School and Westlake High School; confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.
What to check in a 1987 home
Original HVAC systems, water heaters and pool equipment are due or already replaced. Check tile-roof underlayment, and on larger lots, drainage and slopes.

Recent sales
Sales are very rare. None closed through the MLS between October 2024 and September 2026. The last two sales were a 3,667-square-foot five-bedroom on Blackbird Avenue for $1,850,000 in November 2021 and a 3,183-square-foot single-story on Golden Knoll Court for $1,270,000 in April 2018. Prices in North Ranch have risen considerably since.
