Westshore Knolls is a small tract of 25 homes on Basswood Court, Hartglen Avenue and Lindengrove Street, at the north end of Village Homes on the Ventura County side of Westlake Village. The neighborhood
The homes
Westshore Knolls is a small group of late-1970s homes at the north end of Village Homes, recorded on the same tract map but sold under its own name. The homes are larger than most in Village Homes, around 2,500 square feet, many of them two-story.
The association
The 2024 listing reported dues of $260 a quarter and listed a clubhouse, tennis courts and greenbelt, which match Village Homes. Confirm the association and what the dues cover in escrow.
Schools
Westshore Knolls is in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Listings show Westlake Elementary, Colina Middle School and Westlake High School; confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.
