Summerfield is about 500 houses built mostly from 1973 to 1981 in north Thousand Oaks, south of Olsen Road near the former University Elementary School site on Atlas Avenue. Streets include Ramble Ridge Drive, Summerfield Street, Starling Avenue, Globe Avenue, Cherrywood Drive, Windsong Street, Longfellow Street and many courts. Most homes are single-story, about 1,500 to 2,000 square feet, on lots of about 7,500 to 16,000 square feet. There is no association.
