Val Dor is about 110 houses in north Thousand Oaks, south of Olsen Road near the former University Elementary School site on Atlas Avenue, on Heatherglow Street, Pagent Court, Windsong Street, Cloudpeak Street, Canfield Court, Del Ray Circle and Faculty Court.
