Val Dor is about 110 houses in north Thousand Oaks, south of Olsen Road near the former University Elementary School site on Atlas Avenue, on Heatherglow Street, Pagent Court, Windsong Street, Cloudpeak Street, Canfield Court, Del Ray Circle and Faculty Court. Most were built from 1979 to 1981; Del Ray Circle and Faculty Court followed later in the 1980s. Homes are about 1,820 to 3,440 square feet on lots of about 7,500 to 13,000 square feet. There is no association.
