Country Glen is about 100 two-story houses built in 1986 and 1987 on Park Springs Court, Summit Knoll Court, View Park Court, Oak Haven Court, Aspen View Court, Aspen Ridge Court and Sunny Brook Court, on the east side of Oak Park. Homes are about 1,350 to 2,925 square feet, most often 1,936 square feet with four bedrooms, on lots of about 4,900 to 8,000 square feet, with a few larger. Dues are $190 a month.

Country Glen was built in three tracts in 1986 and 1987, all on cul-de-sacs. Park Springs Court is the largest. The 1,936-square-foot four-bedroom is the most common plan; three-bedrooms run about 1,350 to 1,630 square feet. Most lots are 4,900 to 8,000 square feet, but a few at the ends of the courts are much larger.

The houses are nearly 40 years old. Check the roof, windows, heating and air systems, and permits for additions. Lots backing to the hillside need brush clearance.
