Ridgefield is about 190 houses built from 1986 to 1989 on Oak Springs Drive, Oak Forest Drive, Oak Point Drive, Oak Branch Drive, Clear Haven Drive, Trefoil Avenue, Twin Springs Avenue, Alder Springs Drive and several courts on the east side of Oak Park. Most are two-story, about 1,960 to 2,460 square feet with three to five bedrooms, on lots of about 5,000 to 10,000 square feet. Dues are $200 a month.

Ridgefield was built in five small tracts from 1986 to 1989, with the Trefoil Avenue, Twin Springs and Alder Springs section finishing the neighborhood in 1989. Nearly every home is two-story. Plans run from a 1,962-square-foot three-bedroom to about 2,460 square feet with four bedrooms; 2,213 and 2,307 square feet are also common. Oak Springs Drive and Oak Forest Drive have the most homes.
