Regency Hills is about 150 two-story houses built from 1997 to 1999 on Deerbrook Road, Ellesmere Way, Lambourne Place, Marquis Court, Ballantine Place and Normandy Terrace, next to Chambord in Oak Park. The top sale was a 3,308-square-foot six-bedroom on an 11,122-square-foot lot on Deerbrook Road for $2,165,000 in May 2026.
