Foxmoor Cove is a 1969 tract of 58 homes on four cul-de-sacs, Bridgegate Court, Breckford Court, Woodlow Court and Glenmare Court, plus two on Creekwood Street, east of Westlake Boulevard beside Triunfo West on the Ventura County side of Westlake Village. The homes are mostly four-bedroom plans of about 1,900 to 3,000 square feet on lots of about 8,000 square feet. Listings show no association dues.

Foxmoor Cove was built in 1969, in the first wave of the Foxmoor-area tracts. Its four courts are all cul-de-sacs, so there is no through traffic. Bridgegate Court holds the most homes.

Getting around
Westlake Boulevard runs north to the 101 in a few minutes. The lake and the shops at Westlake Boulevard and Agoura Road are close.

Homes that have not been updated may have galvanized supply lines, Zinsco or Federal Pacific panels and single-pane windows. A sewer camera inspection is worth doing.
