OakRidge Estates is about 350 houses built from 1978 to 1982 in Newbury Park, west of Reino Road and south of Old Conejo Road, on Cayo Grande Court, Lesser Drive and the Calle streets: Las Colinas, Alta Vista, Buena Vista, Mira Monte, Clara Vista and others. Most are two-story four-bedrooms of about 2,100 to 3,000 square feet on lots of about 5,600 to 8,800 square feet.

OakRidge Estates is one of the larger late-1970s tracts in Newbury Park and almost entirely two-story. The 2,582- and 2,967-square-foot plans are four or five bedrooms; the 2,105- to 2,200-square-foot plans are four bedrooms. Only a handful of single-story houses were built.
