Where Tiffany Hills Estates is
The streets, and how the tract is laid out
Freetown Lane comes in off the west end of Country Glen Road, bends south and becomes Revere Way, which runs east and meets Liberty Canyon Road. Tarrytown Lane closes the loop by climbing back north-east to Country Glen Road, so the tract has two ways in and out and no through traffic. Parkview Court drops south-east from the corner of Revere Way as the long cul-de-sac, and Tiffany Court is a short stub off Revere Way. A handful of houses at the west end are addressed on Country Glen Road even though they sit inside the loop.
How it differs from the rest of Liberty Canyon
Liberty Canyon is not one subdivision. The houses on United Road, Provident Road, Defender Drive, Joelton Drive and Jim Bowie Road date from 1965 to 1973, the Country Glen Road and Yankee Drive townhomes from 1973 and the Rondell Street condominiums from 1975. This loop went in twelve to twenty years later, in 1985, which is why its plans are larger and its lots wider than the older streets just across Liberty Canyon Road. South of it the 1989 Griffin Parkside tract is newer again.
Where the boundary runs
Liberty Canyon Road is the eastern edge. Above the tract the line runs just below the Country Glen Road frontage, where the 1973 houses and the Liberty Canyon Townhomes begin. West and south the ground drops into the open space and trail system above Liberty Canyon, so there is no neighbour on those two sides. The south end of Parkview Court stops well short of the 1989 houses on Park Vista Road.
Lots and pools
Lot sizes in the record run from about 9,900 square feet on the Country Glen Road addresses to about 19,000 square feet on Tarrytown Lane, so the lots vary more than the plans do. Three of the six recorded sales report a pool. The tract sits on rolling ground against the canyon, so pads, yard levels and view exposure change noticeably from one street to the next.

Canwood Street and Agoura Road carry everyday shopping traffic.
