The MLS uses the name for the 32 homes built in 1985 on Freetown Lane, Tarrytown Lane and Country Glen Road, which are in the City of Agoura Hills. The 22 homes on Revere Way and Tiffany Court (1988–89) and 16 on Parkview Court and Liberty Canyon Road (1997) are in unincorporated Los Angeles County. There is no association fee on recent sales.

Three tracts
The first tract, 32 homes on Freetown Lane, Tarrytown Lane and a few Country Glen Road addresses, was built in 1985. Homes run from a 1,574-square-foot single-story to about 2,900 square feet. The second, 22 homes on Revere Way and Tiffany Court, followed in 1988 and 1989. The third, 16 homes on Parkview Court and Liberty Canyon Road, was built in 1997 and has the largest homes, up to about 3,600 square feet.
