Waverly Heights is about 200 houses built from 1957 to 1961 in Thousand Oaks, east of Moorpark Road and north of Janss Road, on Montgomery Road, Waverly Heights Drive, Wellesley Drive, Rutgers Drive, Colgate Drive, Country Club Road and the courts off them.
