Stonecrest was built as a single tract in 1980 and 1981. Most homes are two-story four- and five-bedrooms of about 2,450 to 3,650 square feet; 2,528 square feet is the most common size. Fairgrange Drive and Penrod Drive hold the most homes, and the courts off Rainbow Crest Drive, Ember, Oakfen, Aldren and Dart, hold the rest.

Lots vary widely. Recent sales ranged from about 15,000 square feet on Penrod Drive to about 32,500 square feet on Ember Court.

Two homes sold in August 2026: a 3,817-square-foot five-bedroom on a 20,338-square-foot lot on Aldren Court for $2,088,000, and a 2,528-square-foot four-bedroom on a 32,521-square-foot lot on Ember Court for $1,210,000. A 3,000-square-foot home on Penrod Drive sold for $1,650,000 in March 2024.
