The Reyes Adobe neighborhood is about 180 houses built from 1978 to 1981, west of Reyes Adobe Road between Lake Lindero and the 101. Most homes are 1,780 to 2,600 square feet, four or five bedrooms, on lots of about 7,100 to 8,700 square feet. There is no association. The neighborhood takes its name from the Reyes Adobe, a ranch house built around 1850 that the city now runs as a museum in Reyes Adobe Park.

The homes
Tracts and plans
The neighborhood was built in two tracts. About 75 homes on Goodspring Drive, Fairgrange Drive and nearby streets went up in 1978. About 105 on Cedarhaven Drive and Jon Dodson Drive followed in 1980 and 1981.
Most homes are four- or five-bedroom plans of about 1,800 to 2,450 square feet. The 2,247-square-foot two-story is the most common in sales; the 1,848-square-foot single-story is the one-level option.
The adobe
The Reyes Adobe was built around 1850 by Jose Paulino Reyes. After changing hands several times, it was acquired by the City of Agoura Hills in the 1980s and turned into an interpretive center and museum. It stands in Reyes Adobe Park at 30400 Rainbow Crest Drive.

4 homes sold between October 2024 and August 2026, from $1,280,000 to $1,450,000, with a median of $1,377,500. The 2,247-square-foot homes sold for $1,450,000 in October 2024. The 1,848-square-foot single-story on Eaglebrook Drive sold for $1,330,000 in August 2026. A 2,247-square-foot home on Cedarhaven Drive is listed at $1,545,000.
