Masters Series is a North Ranch tract of about 100 detached homes built in 1988 and 1989 on golf-named courts, off Kanan Road beside the North Ranch Country Club: Coyote Wells Circle, Canterbury Street, Blue Hill Court, Southern Hills Place, Shawness Court, Pine Valley Place and Saint Andrews Place. The homes are about 2,100 to 3,500 square feet, including a single-story plan, on lots of about 5,000 to 17,000 square feet. It is in the City of Thousand Oaks with Westlake Village addresses.

The streets
Masters Series was built in 1988 and 1989 on the last land beside the country club, above the 1979–80 Ben Johnson Fairway tract. Several courts are named for well-known golf courses. Lots backing onto the course or the greenbelt sell for the most. Club membership is separate.
The homes
No plan sheets are on file. The sales record shows a single-story three-bedroom of about 2,297 square feet, two-story plans of about 2,117 and 2,640 to 2,850 square feet, and a larger plan of about 3,350 square feet with four bedrooms. The single-story plan is the most sought after.
Owning here
The association
Dues were $340 to $350 a quarter for several years and $360 on the 2026 sale. The association maintains greenbelts and common landscaping and reviews exterior changes.
Schools
Masters Series is in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Listings show Westlake Hills Elementary, Colina Middle School and Westlake High School; confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.
Getting around
Kanan Road and Lindero Canyon Road lead south to the 101.
What to check in a late-1980s home
Original HVAC, water heaters and pool equipment are due or already replaced; check tile-roof underlayment and window seals. Homes on the course should be checked for stray-ball damage.

Recent sales
5 homes sold between October 2024 and February 2026, from $1,250,000 to $1,900,000, with a median of $1,799,000. Two-story homes of about 2,700 to 3,350 square feet sold from $1,795,000 to $1,900,000. A 2,117-square-foot home on Saint Andrews Place sold for $1,250,000 in February 2026.
How it compares
Ben Johnson Fairway, next door, has older homes on smaller lots at lower prices. Fairway Oaks, on Rayburn Street, has larger homes on larger lots. Masters Series sits between them in age and price.
