Fairgreen is a small community of 41 townhomes built in 1983 and 1984 on Dan Wood Drive and Par Five Drive, near Kanan Road on the north side of the North Ranch Country Club. Nearly every home is the same three-bedroom, two-story plan of about 2,570 square feet, one of the largest townhome plans in North Ranch. The community

Fairgreen was built in 1983 and 1984 on the north side of the North Ranch Country Club, with street names from the game next door. Homes at the ends of the rows and on the course side sell for the most. Club membership is separate.

No plan sheets are on file, but the sales record shows one main plan: a two-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome of about 2,572 square feet. A smaller version of about 2,119 square feet also appears, including a single-level unit.

Owning here

The association

The association maintains a clubhouse, the building exteriors and roofs, and the grounds. Dues have risen from about $500 a month in 2022 to $740 on the 2026 sales. Ask for the budget, the reserve study and the master insurance policy.

Schools

Fairgreen is in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Listings show Westlake Hills Elementary, Colina Middle School and Westlake High School; confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.

Getting around

Kanan Road and Lindero Canyon Road lead south to the 101.

What to check in a 1983 townhome

Original panels, windows and HVAC may be due. Units along the course should be checked for stray-ball damage.

With one main plan, condition sets the price. Six townhomes sold between November 2024 and September 2026, from $1,250,000 to $1,785,000, with a median of $1,515,000. One unit on Par Five Drive sold for $1,260,000 in February 2025 and, after a remodel, for $1,715,000 that October.

How it compares

Clubview, also on the course, has smaller townhomes for less. Braemar Townhomes, at the east end of North Ranch, is gated and less expensive. Fairgreen offers the largest townhome plan near the club.
