The homes

The community

Majestic Oaks was built on land left over at the edge of Village Homes and was one of the last new neighborhoods on the Ventura County side of Westlake Village. Four streets sit behind the gate: Hartglen Avenue, Tamarack Street, Coral Ridge Court and Antares Court. The homes are much newer and larger than the 1970s houses around them, and the association and gate are separate from Village Homes.

No plan sheets are on file. Recent sales show a single-story four-bedroom of about 3,500 square feet, two-story five-bedrooms of about 3,681 square feet, and larger two-story homes up to about 4,800 square feet.
