Country Club Estates is the guard-gated estate neighborhood of North Ranch: about 200 custom-home lots, most of one to two acres, along Lakeview Canyon Road near the North Ranch Country Club, built from the late 1980s into the 2010s. The neighborhood
Country Club Estates was laid out in the late 1980s as the estate section of North Ranch, with large lots sold for custom homes behind a staffed gate on Lakeview Canyon Road. Homes were built from 1988 through the 2010s, so styles and ages vary street by street. Many lots have views over the course and the hills.
The homes
Every house is custom. The sales record runs from about 5,400 to 16,700 square feet, most with five or six bedrooms, pools and multi-car garages. About a quarter of recent sales were single-story.

The association
Dues were $2,450 to $2,650 a quarter in 2024 and $2,950 on the 2025–2026 sales. They cover the staffed gate, private streets and common areas, and the association reviews exterior changes and new construction. The North Ranch Country Club is private, with separate membership.
Schools
Country Club Estates is in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Listings show Westlake Hills Elementary, Colina Middle School and Westlake High School; confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.
Getting around
Lakeview Canyon Road runs south to the 101 in a few minutes, past Westlake High School.
What to check
Homes range from the late 1980s to the 2010s, so systems vary widely. On one- to two-acre hillside lots, check slopes, drainage, retaining walls and brush clearance, and get an insurance quote early.
