The Glen is a small gated neighborhood of 26 homes built in 2000 and 2001 on Baybrook Court, Rosemont Court and Stonecreek Court, next to Meadows at Sherwood at the entrance to Lake Sherwood. The homes are about 1,800 to 3,700 square feet, including a single-story plan, on lots of about a third of an acre.

The Glen was built in 2000 and 2001 on three courts behind a gate at the entrance to Lake Sherwood. With 26 homes, it is one of the smallest neighborhoods at the lake. Meadows at Sherwood is next door.
The homes
No plan sheets are on file. The sales record shows a single-story three-bedroom of about 2,222 square feet and two-story plans of about 3,215 to 3,707 square feet with four bedrooms.

The association
The association maintains the gate, private streets and common areas. Dues were $895 a quarter on the 2026 sale.
Schools
The Glen is in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Listings show Westlake Elementary, Colina Middle School and Westlake High School; confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.
Getting around
Potrero Road runs east to Westlake Boulevard and the 101, about ten minutes away.
What to check in a 2000 home
Original HVAC systems, water heaters and pool equipment are due or already replaced. Check tile-roof underlayment and window seals.

With 26 homes, sales are rare. Two sold between October 2024 and August 2026: a 3,707-square-foot home on Baybrook Court for $2,600,000 in October 2024, and a 3,215-square-foot home on Baybrook Court for $2,300,000 in August 2026. Another was listed at $2,398,000 in September 2026.
How it compares
Meadows at Sherwood, next door, has similar homes on somewhat smaller lots at similar prices. Sherwood North Shore, above the lake, has lake views. The Glen is the smallest and quietest of the gated neighborhoods at the lake entrance.
