Westlake Cove was built in 1996 on one of the last open parcels near the lake on the Los Angeles County side. Four short streets sit behind the gate, with the townhomes in pairs and rows.

The floor plans

Three plans are on file. Plans A and B are about 2,207 square feet, with two bedrooms plus a den drawn as an optional third bedroom. Plan C is about 2,545 square feet with a sitting area off the main bedroom. All are two-story with a two-car garage.

Westlake Cove is in the Las Virgenes Unified School District: White Oak Elementary, Lindero Canyon Middle School and Agoura High School. Confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.

Getting around

Lindero Canyon Road runs north to the 101 in a few minutes. The lake and The Landing are close.

What to check in a 1996 home

At about thirty years old, original furnaces, air conditioners and water heaters are due or already replaced, tile-roof underlayment is nearing the end of its life, and dual-pane window seals may have failed.

Sales are rare. One townhome sold between October 2024 and September 2026: a 2,545-square-foot Plan C on Breezeport Drive for $1,350,000 in April 2025. Six sales since 2020 ran from $935,000 to $1,470,000.

How it compares

The Colony, at the east end of Westlake Village, has smaller gated townhomes with courts and a pool for less. Westlake Pointe has larger gated townhomes. Westlake Cove offers newer, larger townhomes with low dues near the lake.
