Signature Collection is a gated neighborhood of about 94 homes built mostly from 2000 to 2002 at the north end of North Westlake Boulevard, on Rainfield Avenue, Waterside Circle, Dewdrop Place, Hathaway Boulevard and Allyson Court. The homes are about 3,300 to 6,400 square feet, including several single-story plans, on lots of about a third of an acre. It is in the City of Thousand Oaks with Westlake Village addresses.

The neighborhood
Signature Collection was one of the last large neighborhoods built in North Ranch, on the land at the north end of North Westlake Boulevard, in three tracts from 2000 to 2002. Five streets sit behind the gate. North Pointe, a smaller gated neighborhood from 1999, is next door.
The homes
No plan sheets are on file. The sales record shows single-story plans of about 3,337 and 4,007 square feet with four or five bedrooms, and two-story plans of about 5,300 to 5,700 square feet with five bedrooms.
Owning here
The association
Dues were about $199 a month a few years ago and $250 to $275 on the 2024–2025 sales. The association maintains the gate, private streets and common landscaping and reviews exterior changes.
Schools
Signature Collection is in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Confirm the assignment for a specific address with the district.
Getting around
North Westlake Boulevard runs south through North Ranch to Thousand Oaks Boulevard and the 101.
What to check in a 2000s home
At twenty-five years old, original HVAC systems, water heaters and pool equipment are due or already replaced. Check tile-roof underlayment and window seals.
